Machine tool usage and performance characteristics
This machine tool system is suitable for grinding various roller profiles with medium height or concavity on small and medium-sized rolling mills. After disconnecting the mold fitting device, it can grind cylindrical roller necks and other outer cylindrical workpieces.
The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable is driven by hydraulic continuously variable transmission or by handwheel transmission.
The lateral feed of the grinding wheel rack can also be achieved by hydraulic micro automatic feed and rapid advance and retreat, or by hand wheel feed.
The grinding wheel rack and worktable guide rail adopt static pressure lubrication.
Workpieces, grinding wheels, oil pumps, water pumps, etc. are driven by separate motors.
The moving parts of the machine tool have electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical interlocking structures, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
